Terms of Use for Hyak Motorsports

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.hyakmotorsports.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Hyak Motorsports (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a NASCAR Cup Series racing team. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Intellectual Property

You may not use them without written permission.

User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., comments, photos), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it. You represent that your content does not infringe rights and complies with these Terms.

Purchases and Payments

Merchandise purchases are processed via Shopify. All sales are final unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for inaccuracies, interruptions, or third-party content. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall our total liability exceed $100.
